Humanitarian Mask Project
Many of you have heard of the effort to make homemade face masks for certain hospitals in Utah. This is in an effort to extend the use of N95 masks which are worn under the cloth masks. We invite any of you who would like to join this effort to do so. Below is a link for the type of face mask which has been specifically requested by two of the hospitals we have contacted. Use the heaviest, tightest weave cotton fabric you have with a layer of flannel in between the cotton layers.
Please deliver finished masks, in a zippy bag to the Stake Humanitarian Specialists:
Paulette Patterson 665 N. 1600 E.
Michelle Estes 265 W Maple St.
Each will have a box on the front porch. All the masks completed in our stake will be delivered to the hospitals which have current requests.
As the needs change, we will keep you up to date.
Thank you so much for your desire to serve, we know Heavenly Father will bless each of you. We pray for you and your families!
Sincerely Yours,
