Free Fitness Classes – Mapleton Stake
There are a variety of free fitness classes available in Mapleton and now is a great time to join.
Stake Center Fitness Classes
970 N. 400 E – Main Gym
Monday: 9:00 a.m. YOGA
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. PILATES
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. WEIGHT RESISTANCE
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. YOGA
Friday: 8:00 a.m. ZUMBA

Stake Center Fitness Classes
970 N. 400 E – Primary Room
(Currently 5-7 attendees, limited on space but can handle a few more)
Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45 a.m.-6:45 a.m.
Basic weight lifting with very little cardio. Must bring your own large ball and weights! Once the weather warms up class time changes to 5:30AM-6:15 a.m with a walk up the canyon to follow!

Mapleton White Church

Join us at the White Church Mondays-Fridays from 6:00-7:00 a.m. We offer weight resistance and cardio classes followed by a yoga cool down. Bring a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat.
Monday: 6:00 a.m. WEIGHT RESISTANCE
Tuesday: 6:00 a.m. CARDIO and YOGA
Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. WEIGHT RESISTANCE
Thursday: 6:00 a.m. CARDIO
Friday: 6:00 a.m. WEIGHT RESISTANCE
